MY DRIVE
My journey to becoming a family law coach has been shaped by a diverse range of personal and professional experiences. Raised in Idaho, I initially pursued my undergraduate education in Portland before earning a master’s degree in counseling. With that as my base, I began working with families and children with disabilities and in underserved communities before scaling to become a certified divorce mediator.
During this time, I traveled across the northwest and California facilitating divorce mediations for high-income clients, which inspired me to attend law school and earn my J.D. In addition, simultaneously work in the workman’s compensation sector before transitioning into family law coaching. Part of this comes from having a deep understanding of the law as a non-practicing attorney, and part from witnessing firsthand just how challenging these situations can be as a devoted single mother.
Today, I continuously keep a firm pulse on legal relations and value the notion of lifelong learner-ship. More recently, I became certified in narcissistic personality disorder coaching as well as attained a certification in Natural Language Processing (NLP). Overall, my work stems from a place of passion and experience, and I bring a unique blend of legal and psychological expertise that enables individuals to make informed decisions during challenging times. Even more, I enjoy providing guidance and emotional support that ensures families and individuals are unambiguous and confident about what to expect moving forward.
